I never did much babysitting growing up, so when I landed my first Day Care job at age nineteen, I was surprised at just how much I enjoyed it, or how successful I was at it. After twenty odd jobs – making Christmas wreathes, pumping gas, slinging burgers, mending costumes, selling jewelry, stocking grocery shelves, running a spinning jenny in a factory – to name a few – it was a with a sense of great joy that I discovered my purpose in life.
